I’m excited to perform for the very first time in Battle Creek and to close out the debut edition of the Cereal City Chuckle Chamber at One Nation Tap & Table. Expect immigrant confusion, queer chaos, Midwest observations, and stories from a German who accidentally became part of Michigan.

About The Event
I’m very excited to make my first appearance in Battle Creek — and even more excited to close out the very first edition of the Cereal City Chuckle Chamber.
There is always something special about the launch of a brand-new comedy show. Everybody involved is building the atmosphere in real time: the audience, the room, the rhythm, the weirdness. I’m happy to be part of the first chapter of it and help end the night on a strong note.
If you haven’t seen me perform before: I’m originally from Germany and now live in Michigan, which means a lot of my comedy comes from trying to understand American culture while simultaneously realizing how deeply strange Germans sound to Midwestern audiences.
My material moves between immigrant life, queer marriage, aging, body image, anxiety, nightlife, politics, and all the little absurd moments that happen when a heavily accented European ends up living…
